Castle Street Methodist Church Abergavenny is compact and friendly, set in a lovely market town on the Welsh borders. Our worship includes a mix of traditional and contemporary styles. We average fifty to sixty adults and have a small group of children.

On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays there are a number of house groups meeting either in the church or members' homes. These are either on a weekly basis, or fortnightly (Wednesdays) alternating with a prayer meeting. On market days (Tuesday mornings) we serve light refreshments from 10.30am-12 midday. Once a month on a Saturday afternoon we have a Knit & Knatter craft group. For senior citizens, there is a Friendship Club on Thursday afternoons at 2.30pm.

All in all, a busy friendly church.
